Enstar Capital has a dual strategy

 

Investment and development portfolio focused on West London.

We buy mixed used buildings ranging between £2m-£15m. This can encompass retail and residential, or retail with offices above. We will consider vacant and tenanted buildings. We have a very sizeable portfolio in Notting Hill and take a very long term view.

 

Value driven opportunities targeting Greater London.

This can range between £5m-£50m individual lot sizes. We will consider vacant sites (where we take planning risk), sites with planning or buildings which require refurbishment. We target retail, offices, leisure, medical and residential.
