SIMON LYONS
Founding Partner and Joint Chief Executive
For over 20 years Simon has been involved in the UK and pan-European property market. He began his career in real estate through advising a number of major institutions, trusts and public companies on investment structuring, development partners and acquisition. Simon has built an unrivalled network within the UK and EU corporate real estate industry that he brings to Enstar Capital.
FARID ALIZADEH
Joint Chief Executive
Having completed his undergraduate degree in Law, Farid undertook his legal practice course in 2002 specialising in commercial property and securities at Gray’s Inn, Holborn. Farid’s methodical approach has earned him the reputation as a technical expert, providing a wealth of experience and knowledge covering all legal and accountancy aspects of the commercial real estate market. Farid manages all legal aspects of Enstar Capital’s business, primarily responsible for structuring, financing and executing real estate debt transactions.
ANDREW RAHAMIM
Director
Whilst studying for his undergraduate degree at Warwick University, Andrew worked for a number of high profile real estate companies including Derwent London, Cushman and CWM, gaining invaluable experience. On completing his post-graduate degree in Real Estate at CASS Business School, Andrew spent many years at Land Securities within the Retail Business operating within the commercial team where he collaborated in developing 26 shopping schemes across the United Kingdom.
